Use these component-level cables for your everyday network connections. Then if you decide you need to secure network ports, you can—in seconds. Just slip an optional Locking Pin into the built-in locking tab on the patented, slimline boot. Now your connection is absolutely protected from unauthorized removal and accidental disconnects. To unplug the cable, release with the Removal Tool (sold separately).

Best of all, because these cables cost the same as regular patch cords, you get convenient, rock-solid security on a budget.

The locks and key. The Locking Pins (sold separately) come in convenient packs of 10 and 25. Keep a bag on hand so that you're ready when you need to lock down critical network ports. Now no one can come along and unplug your cable. It stays locked until you decide to release it.
